Return & Exchanges
We stand by our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges/returns. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your exchange/return, contact us at email@example.com
How soon will my order be shipped?
After you have placed an order, it's processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. All our products are shipped from our various U.S. warehouses for fastest delivery possible to our customers.
How can I track my order?
We value our customers and keep them informed. As soon as your package is picked up by a courier, we send an email confirmation with tracking information. You can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an update.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we currently ship to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany and Malaysia. We will be adding other countries in new future. You can always contact us at email@example.com prior to placing an order for your country.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Our normal delivery is approximately 5-7 business days. However, due to inclement weather and/or other unforeseen shipping delays may occur.
For international orders (non US & Canada), please do allow an extra week or two. On rare cases, sometimes international packages take longer to be accepted at destination country. You can always check the status via tracking number or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What do I do, if I received a wrong item or my item is damaged?
We take such matters very seriously and truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com to notify us.
We will cover all costs of getting you the right item or replace the damaged item. We are human and do make mistake. We will make sure to rectify the issue ASAP! Just let us know...
